Quick Installation Guide

Installing software

Double click on the file: atomicseller.msi

You have to locate where this file will be saved by your browser. Depending on the setting, it will ask you where to save the file or save it directly to a predefined location.

It should go by default to the following folder:

“This PC> Downloads” or “C: \ Users \ [YourUser Account] \ Downloads”

Now, double click on “atomicseller.msi” and let’s proceed to the next step.

Activating AtomicSeller

Double click on the AtomicSeller icon and launch the software. You will see the following screen.

Activate Free version

Add you first name, name, company (if any) and email. Click on Activate.

Activate Pro or Enterprise version

Add your license key on the bottom field and click on ‘Activate’ button.

AtomicSeller is ready to use. But you must first make some setups before to use it: See AtomicSeller Quick Setting Guide below

Contact Support

From the home page of AtomicSeller’s application, please visit “About” menu.

“Support” menu will allow you to send directly an email to support .

Checking boxes will send in attachment a bug report and your data so that I will be able to reproduce the same configuration than you with the same data so that we will be able to to make a quick diagnostic. We are commited to use these data only for support and to destroy these data once we don’t need it.

If you don’t want to send your data to our gmail account, just uncheck the “Send data” box.

Checking log info will allow AtomicSeller support to see error messages you have encountered.

Update a new version

When we have published a release version or a patch, you must click on “Check for updates” menu.

Follow instructions on the screen. This process will close AtomicSeller application.

When update is achieved, just start AtomicSeller again.
